About Bootcamp:

 

Our Moxie tribe has teamed up to provide you a world class support team! It does not matter if you are just getting started in life, starting over, overweight, underweight, or a macro counter. Our team is here to work on balancing out your food, fitness, and finance.

 

Commitment

In this 90-day program you will work with each element of the F-meter. Learn where you tend to hyper focus or avoid, and ways to work toward balancing each of them.   The key to success is paying attention to all 3 elements at a frequency that meets your personal goals.

From beginning to end your Bootcamp tribe is here for endless support, motivation, and encouragement!

During your entire 3 months, you will be a part of a private Facebook group to celebrate your wins, ask for advice, help others, and virtual accountability meetings.  

These will be the keys to success!

We will always provide you with additional resources and support. Your success in this program is our priority!

 

Primary focus: Financial

 
Day: 1-30 Day: 60-90
Understand your financial self and organization Understand discretionary vs. non discretionary spending
Establish short- and long term goals Review and update goals

Budgeting, cash flow, & debt management

Ongoing budgeting, cash flow, & debt management
Utilizing eMoney technology simplify and aggregate all of your finances to one dashboard viewed in real time Bi-weekly coaching (in person or via phone)

Primary focus: Fitness

Day:  60-90
45 minute fitness classes, 2 times per week, modified to your level.  Bootcamp style sessions centered around a specific focus (Strength, Endurance, Core, etc.)
Instruction on proper, safe, and effective form
An "Exercise of the Week" progressed in difficulty
An opportunity to personal train/partner train (additional fee)

 

Primary focus: Food

Day:  60-90
Guidance on how to stick to a health eating plan
Defining nutrition and education on importance
Weekly lightened recipes
Tips on meal preparation
Weekly virtual accountability meetings
