Part 5 - Easy Budget Set Up

 

The power of this program is that clients are able to see exactly what they’re spending, where they’re spending it, and on a realtime basis. The Spending tab on the dashboard is broken into 3 different sections, Overview, Budgets, and Transaction.

Clients are able to see an overview of what they’ve spent on a monthly basis. Its broken down into color coded categories. When they click on these categories it will show them overall money that was spent and if they’re on track with their budget. Theres also different viewing options. You can view spending by category, by history or budget history. It can be customized to view in a pie or bar graph or just view certain accounts. They’re also able to enter in specific date ranges or compare previous months. Clients can also look at the transactions in each category or see all of their transactions.
