Clients can make sure each vendor is being populated in the right category and even make sub categories if needed. There’s an option in the budget tab for users to see each transaction that is being associated with each category. The system might put a vendor that is clothing under food or vise versa. Once they make the correction the system will remember it so the client doesn’t have to do further maintenance.
A user can even spilt transactions to show how much money was allocated to a specific category. it’s important to track as much of the details in the transactions, especially in categories like food or clothing. This will make sure the budget is accurate and really show where money is going.
