Melissa Hickman  – Certified Personal Trainer*

Melissa is a nationally accredited Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and is the business owner of H.Y.P.E.D. Fitness. She is certified in a multitude of formats, teaches Bootcamp and various classes at health clubs, and works with clients individually and in small groups. Melissa also has experience leading successful fitness classes at recreation centers, been a volunteer instructor for charity events, and has utilized her dance background to teach a variety of fitness classes for children. 

Melissa’s passion for fitness drives her to motivate others to make positive changes towards their health. Despite her successes now, Melissa has faced her own personal struggles with her weight and unhealthy habits growing up. She utilizes this part of her past as a way to connect with her clients. Melissa’s philosophy is that fitness should be fun! She will train you hard, but always with a smile and silliness! Melissa is engaging, always pushing her clients to move towards their next level of personal success. She encourages them to find an activity that inspires them to get moving and assists them in incorporating that activity into their daily lifestyles. Melissa is a firefighter’s wife, the very proud mom of two kids, and the queen snuggler to her pup, Jax. 

Pam Sherman- The Balanced Guru*

 Pam Sherman is the founder of The Perfect Balance.   She has been a certified trainer and instructor since 1997, author, and motivational speaker. If you're looking for a life with more energy, better moods, and confidence, you're at the right place.   She will show you the power of healthy food and fitness to achieve your goals, no matter where you're starting from.

There are lots of fitness "experts" and fads out there, but what makes Pam different is she has years of experience with real, results and can provide a practical, creative, and fun (but no-nonsense) approach to health.  She has helped hundreds of people all ages, weights, and life stages figure out creative, small ways to get started on a path towards better health,and knows how to motivate them to keep going. 

Pam is a wife and a mom of two amazing kids, now in high school and college.  She can easily relate to people trying to juggle taking care of themselves with the needs of their family and demands of their job. 

Pam's Mission: Help empower women to lose weight and gain confidence.  This increases their self-esteem, strength, and clarity.  I want every woman to feel great naked!
