In our beginners 60 day program, we will be going back to the basics! You will be introduced to each element of the F-meter and to evaluate where you are and where you want to be.

In our Intermediate 90-day program you will work with each element of the F-meter. Learn where you tend to hyper focus or avoid, and ways to work towards balancing each of them.  The key to success is paying attention to all three elements at a frequency that meets your personal goals.

From beginning to end your Moxie(R) Bootcamp Tribe is here for endless support, motivation, and encouragement!  During your personalized program, you will be a part of:

  1. A private Facebook group to celebrate your wins, ask for advice, and help others.
  2. Virtual accountability meetings with your coach and tribe will be key for success.
  3. We will always provide you with additional resources and support, your success in this program is our priority!

60-Day Program

Primary focus: Financial

  • Understand your financial self and get organized
  • Establish short- and long-term goals
  • Budgeting, cashflow, & debt management
  • Setting short- and long-term goals
  • Utilizing eMoney technology to simplify and aggregate all your finances to one dashboard viewed in real time
  • Monthly 1:1 meetings with your Financial Advisor
  • 4 months complimentary access to eMoney tool

Primary focus: Fitness & Nutrition

  • 45-minute fitness classes, 3 times per week, modified to your level- Boot Camp style sessions centered around a specific focus (Strength, Endurance, Core, etc.)
  • All fitness classes will be recorded for you to access at any time
  • Instruction on proper safe, and effective, form
  • Continuous exercise tips and ideas for your personal workouts
  • An “Exercise of the Week” progressed in difficulty
  • A weekly dive into a focused aspect of Nutrition and how you can take control
  • Weekly virtual group meetings
  • Opportunity for 1:1 personal training (additional fee)

 90-Day Program

Primary focus: Financial

Personalized plan based on your needs including:

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 calls with your Financial Advisor
  • Retirement Planning
  • Implement short- and long-term goals.
  • Improve Budgeting, cashflow, & debt management.
  • 1 year complimentary access to eMoney technology

Primary focus: Fitness & Nutrition

  • Intermediate to advanced level 45-minute fitness classes, 3 times per week, modified to your level- Boot Camp style sessions centered around a specific focus (Strength, Endurance, Core, etc.)
  • All fitness classes will be recorded for you to access at any time
  • Instruction on proper safe, and effective, form
  • Continuous tips on meal prepping and planning
  • Personalized maintenance plan for continuing fitness on your own
  • Structure goal setting to balance your fitness and nutrition habits
  • Weekly virtual group meetings
  • Opportunity for 1:1 personal training (additional fee)
